Comments:
The stone being contemporary it is in excellent order. The surrounding metal railings require a paint, but are structurally sound. There is some pointing issues and a cracked top on the surrounding wall that will require maintenance soon. The surrounding area and approach are well kept and no immediate issues prevalent.
