Comments:
Materials are stable and appear to be well maintained. There are no deep cracks or missing mortar from the joints. No obvious damage/deterioration. No access restrictions. No evident damage caused by vandalism or graffiti. Lettering is well defined and easily read. There are no missing elements in the stonework and it has not been damaged by soot or pollution. The sole metal element appears to be firmly attached to the surface and is not dented or visibly corroded. The surrounding area is clear of litter, tidy, well maintained and associated vegetation is actively managed.
