Veterans from the village of Dymock have decided that the very bad condition of the monument dictates that we need to do something about it. Therefore we have embarked on a project to restore the monument and have the illegible names re inscribed. We have already raised some funds but desperately need to raise more so I have applied to the memorial trust for a possible grant.
