Comments:
The painting of the central insignia, crown, lances and pennons has degraded. The coating, silver gilt type, of the lettering and roman numerals has degraded. Pages to the regimental Roll of Honour contained in the glass faced cabinet beneath the memorial are stained with fingering grease.
