Comments:
In 1956 the Board Room was totally redecorated, the western fireplace removed, and a new Latin plaque with panelling placed above the eastern fireplace (WMO/267900). What became of the 1946 plaque is not clear, although a similarly worded vellum certificate might be a replacement (see WMO/289080). The school moved from Hammersmith to Barnes in 1968. The Pin is at the Barnes location, in the hope that someone from the school might see it and provide more information.
