On one side of the memorial, it is almost impossible to read the names of those who fought and were killed during The First World War, This was previously highlighted by an individual some 4 years ago, but to no avail. Sadly, this was noticed and commented on by a number of people who had visited this location on Remembrance Day 2018, to commemorate 100 years since the end of World War 1
