Comments:
The council are due to undertake some remedial work to improve the condition of the site in time for the commemorations of the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Fampoux on 28 March 2018. The stairs leading to the monument will be jet washed and the overhanging trees cut back. There are currently no plans for a major restoration of the site.
